IRI also assists recruitment companies who do not have a presence in Asia with a "soft landing" strategy by bringing together our market knowledge, contacts and operational infrastructure to provide an off the shelf solution to setting up in Asia.
More recently IRI has moved into more traditional M&A work advising professionals within the industry on how to build and ultimately sell their business as well as acting as the broker on such transactions.
IRI is headquartered in Hong Kong with business operations in the key Asian cities of Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo and Singapore with investments out into the Middle East in Dubai.
